Toasted Almond & Cranberry Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz vanilla almond bark
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 oz chocolate almond bark

Method
 

  1. Toast almonds in a skillet until lightly golden; let cool.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Melt vanilla almond bark until smooth.
  4. Spread evenly on parchment.
  5. Sprinkle cranberries + almonds over top.
  6. Melt chocolate almond bark; cool slightly.
  7. Drizzle over bark in a decorative pattern.
  8. Cool completely, then break into pieces.
