Lucky Charms Bark (Sweet & Colorful Treat)

A quick, fun, no-bake dessert made with creamy white chocolate, crunchy cereal, and sparkly sprinkles. Perfect for holidays, parties, or an easy weeknight sweet fix.

Ingredients
  

  • 18 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • 2 tablespoons edible glitter or sprinkles green for St. Patrick’s Day or any color you like

Method
 

  1. Add white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 2 minutes, stir, then continue in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the sheet.
  3. Sprinkle Lucky Charms cereal on top. Gently press down so it sticks. Add edible glitter or sprinkles for color.
  4. Let the bark set for about 30 minutes (room temperature or fridge). Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Swap sprinkles for seasonal colors (red + green for Christmas, pastel for Easter, rainbow for birthdays).
  • Try milk or dark chocolate instead of white for a richer flavor.
