Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
- Beat butter with granulated + powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Scoop large dough balls, flatten slightly, and bake 9–12 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Beat frosting ingredients until smooth, then tint pink.
- Frost cookies generously, chill briefly, and enjoy!
