Circus Animal Popcorn Balls

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 –2 tbsp water
  • 1 drop red food coloring
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 10.5 oz bag marshmallows
  • 9 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 cups Circus Animal Cookies broken into chunks

Method
 

  1. Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until dissolved into syrup. Add food coloring and stir.
  2. Pour syrup over popcorn and toss until coated.
  3. Mix in broken Circus Animal Cookies.
  4. In a pot, melt butter and marshmallows until smooth.
  5. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn + cookies. Stir well.
  6. With greased hands, shape into 12 popcorn balls. Let cool before serving.
